Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: To ensure optimal service for all clients, please notify me of any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. You can always email me, or reach out via social media! As a result of not following this policy a 20% fee will be charged from your remaining total.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment it may need to be canceled in order to stay on schedule for my other clients. Please note that cancellations made after the 15-minute grace period will also result in a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, a 100% no-show fee for the booked services will be charged. To facilitate appointment bookings, a card on file is required for all clients. Please rest assured that your card information is encrypted and remains confidential.

I will send a Google form that is REQUIRED to be filled out prior to 24 hours from the appointment start time. Or that will need to be rescheduled as well!!
